Orders and Shipping
Browse a range of products from our online catalog.

Select the colour/size/type and click the ‘Add to Cart’ button
Cart Page
Once you have finalized your selection you will be redirected to cart/checkout page to proceed with checkout process.
Make sure your order is 100%, you can increase quantity here and then click ‘Proceed to checkout’
Checkout Page
Fill in your personal contact and delivery details.
Select your shipping method and your payment option: You can make Instant EFT payments, Debit Card, Credit Card, Cheque Card via PayFast, Ozow & Payflex.
Click ‘Place order’ and follow the appropriate payment prompts.
Delivery
Your order will be hand-delivered via our courier company to your door. For very remote areas not serviced by our normal courier we will have to deliver via Postnet/Paxi/Post Office, or to the nearest accessible town to you.
Deliveries take 2-5 working days nationwide, up to 7 days for delayed deliveries.
Login to your Account and head to Orders tab.
We do not save any of your payment information on our servers. Our payments are processed by PayFast.
Yes, our delivery team will ensure multiple items ordered to be delivered in one package.
Contact us as soon as you have noticed so we can correct the error before sending out the delivery.

Our return policy supports up to 14 day free returns for exchanges or store credit.
